Michael leads the product vision and coaching experience behind StarCoach. He is also a technology entrepreneur and inventor who previously founded Apptera, an enterprise voice-automation pioneer with 20 patents, $40 million raised, and Fortune 500 customers, including Bank of America and AT&T.
A member of the Writers Guild of America, Michael brings systems thinking and storytelling together to make complex technology feel clear, human, and useful.

Paul is a veteran math educator and curriculum-implementation leader who has spent years working alongside middle-school teachers in real classrooms. He leads StarCoach's education partnerships and helps turn teacher needs into practical Coaching Workshops.
He holds a PhD in Curriculum and Instruction with a focus in Mathematics Education and keeps every product decision grounded in what teachers and students can actually use.

Phil is a lead author of the Common Core State Standards for Mathematics. He directed the California Mathematics Project and led mathematics partnerships connecting university researchers with the Oakland and San Francisco school districts through SERP.
